Elgin O'Hare West Bypass Advisory Council
In October 2010, Governor Pat Quinn named Illinois Tollway Executive Director Kristi Lafleur as co-chair of the newly created Elgin O'Hare West Bypass Advisory Council. The Council, comprised of members from local governments, the business community, regional planning groups, labor and public finance, was tasked with moving this important project forward.
