If you submitted an application online through the Illinois Tollway's website, you should have received an automatic email response once your application was received. To confirm that your application was received you may call 630-241-6800, extension 2333.

If you forgot your username or password to apply online through the Tollway's website and need more assistance, please contact applicant support at (855) 524-5627.

If you log into your account through the Tollway's website you will be able to see a list of positions that you have applied for and their full job descriptions

After you log into your account through the Tollway's website, at the top right corner of the screen under your name go to "Account Settings." You can edit your contact information here and it will update in your application.

You will be notified via e-mail at least 2 weeks prior to testing. The e-mail will provide the date, time and location. You can also log into your account through the Tollway's website to see updates as well.

We suggest checking the status 4 to 6 weeks after your scheduled interview. If you are chosen as the top candidate you will receive a phone call to set up a date and time to have you come in for processing before we can offer you the official position.
