All Board meetings are held at the Central Administration Building (2700 Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, IL) and are open to the public.
A Public Comment period is held during each Board Meeting. Persons who wish to address the board must fill out a registration card at each meeting when they plan to speak. Forms are available at the front desk prior to each meeting. Public comments are limited to two minutes for each visitor. Visitors are welcome to stay for the remainder of the board meeting at the end of the comment period, however they will not be able to comment during the meeting.
Meeting Schedules
Board meetings are typically held on the last Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
All meetings are held in the Board Room at the Illinois State Toll Highway
Administration Building located at 2700 Ogden Avenue at the northeast corner of
the intersection of I-355 and Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove.

Committee Meetings will be scheduled as needed and will be posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
