Order, activate and maintain your account at your convenience with access 24/7. Our I-PASS website includes an e-commerce portion that allows you to order I-PASS and maintain your account anywhere you have access to the web. Refer to Chart for Available Services

Our Interactive Voice Response System allows you to access your account to update your information and add funds to your balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week*. If you need to speak to a Customer Service Representative, please call during the hours listed. Refer to Chart for Available Services

The Mobile I-PASS team makes weekly visits to the two Oasis locations that do not have a Customer Service Center, Hinsdale and DeKalb. They provide a number of services for new and established I-PASS customers. Please refer to the chart for a list of services.
I-PASS is also available at Jewel-Osco* and select Road Ranger Travel Center locations. At Jewel-Osco you can pick up an I-PASS for your car or Gift Cards to replenish your account instantly. Select Road Ranger stores carry I-PASS for both cars and trucks. Refer to Chart for Available Services
