*$50 payment for Auto-replenish accounts. Manual replenish accounts require a $60 payment. ($20 refundable deposit/$40 pre-paid tolls)

Tollway Customer Service Center

I-PASS services are now available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the O'Hare, Lake Forest, Chicago Southland (Lincoln), Belvidere and Des Plaines Oases. Stop in to purchase, update, or swap out a transponder as well as pay a miss toll or add funds to your I-PASS account. The Main Office is located at the Tollway Administration Building in Downers Grove (2700 Ogden Avenue) Refer to Chart for Available Services*

*Important: Violations are handled at all customer service centers.

Milk, eggs, bread, and I-PASS! Pick up an I-PASS on your next run to the grocery store. Over 200 Jewel-Osco locations in Illinois sell I-PASS and I-PASS gift cards.*

If you find yourself on the Tollway without an I-PASS—don’t worry! You can pick up an I-PASS on the road by stopping in at one of three Road Ranger locations in Northwest Illinois and Indiana. Commercial Truck I-PASS is also available at these Road Ranger locations.

*Jewel now applies a $2.90 service charge per transponder.

Mobile I-PASS

The Mobile I-PASS team makes weekly visits to the two Oasis locations that do not have a Customer Service Center, Hinsdale and DeKalb. They provide a number of services for new and established I-PASS customers. Please refer to the chart below for a list of services.

  • I-294: Tri-State Tollway
    • Hinsdale (Monday: 10am-3pm)
  • I-88: Reagan Memorial Tollway
    • DeKalb (Friday: 10am-2pm)

Have time before you’ll be traveling the Illinois Tollway? You can also apply by sending in a paper application to our processing center in Lisle, IL. Please download and complete the I-PASS application and mail it with payment. If you are paying by check or money order please make it payable to ISTHA.
