The Illinois Tollway has completed rebuilding and widening work on a 23-mile corridor of the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) from Oak Brook to North Aurora. Drivers now have four lanes in both directions between York Road and IL Route 59, and three lanes in both directions between IL Route 59 and Orchard Road.
Ramp Closed Westbound I-88 to Northbound I-39 for IDOT Reconstruction Project
The ramp from westbound Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) to northbound I-39 is closed through summer for an Illinois Department of Transportation ramp reconstruction project. A detour is in place within the interchange loop, directing drivers to exit at the southbound I-39 entrance ramp, then immediately exit to the eastbound entrance to I-88, and finally exiting to northbound I-39.
