How do you feel about Your Commute?
The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA), a global alliance of toll operators and related companies, wants to know how motorists feel about tollways, worldwide.
As a member of the IBTTA, the Illinois Tollway encourages you to share your opinions on everything from traffic flow to customer service.
The IBTTA has members in 25 countries and across the United States. It provides a forum for sharing knowledge to enhance toll transportation service.
