I have had I-PASS since 1999 and have never had a problem. About 4 years ago I went to a bank to exchange a $20 bill for quarters I needed for tolls. To my dismay, the bank refused because I didn't have an account there. The very next day I drove to the Downers Grove I-PASS center and signed up. A short while later I walked out with a transponder, all ready to go. Haven't bought a roll of quarters since and never went back to that bank. Now I manage my I-PASS account online. Fast, simple and easy. Thanks I-PASS.

We live north of Green Bay, WI and have to drive to Midway Airport every two to three weeks. I have had an I-PASS for 3 years now and just love the amount of time and money it now saves. In the past it would take almost 5 hours to get from our home to Midway because of the tolls. Because of I-PASS we have cut almost 45 minutes from the drive. I also love the ability to see online what's left in my account and it gives me a great record of what I have spent the previous month on tolls alone.
