Customer Service Representatives are available to take your call weekdays 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Call after 6 p.m., over the weekend or after Tuesday to avoid peak call times.

Our Interactive Voice Response System allows you to access your account to update your information and add funds to your balance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need to speak to a Customer Service Representative, please call during the hours listed.

Pick up an I-PASS on your next run to the grocery store. Nearly 200 Jewel-Osco* locations in Illinois sell I-PASS and I-PASS gift cards.

Road Ranger
You can pick up a passenger or commercial Truck I-PASS on the road by stopping in at one of three Road Ranger locations in Northwest Illinois. Gift cards are not available at these locations
