Construction Bid Specifications

The Illinois Tollway has issued the revisions to the 2000 ISTHA Standard Specifications. The Supplemental Specifications document contains a number of revisions to the specification document issued in 2000. Both the Standard Specifications and the Supplemental Specifications shall be used for all engineering contracts advertised for bids after January 1, 2003.
