Americans With Disabilities Act Notice
It is the policy of The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority ("Authority") to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C., et. seq. ("ADA"). The ADA prohibits employment discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of their disability. The ADA provides, in part, that qualified individuals with disabilities shall not be excluded from participating in or denied the benefits of any program, service or activity offered by the Authority. The Authority will communicate effectively with individuals with speech, visual, and hearing impairments and provide auxiliary communication aids to qualified individuals with disabilities participating in or benefiting from programs, services or activities to afford equal opportunity. Should you wish to review the ADA regulations, ask questions about ADA rights and remedies, policies, practices or procedures, or make a request for a reasonable accommodation, please contact the Authority's designated ADA Coordinator listed below.
