If you were an I-PASS customer with an account in good standing (at the time of the violation(s) included on your notice) you may have received violations because your I-PASS account information is out of date. You do not need to schedule a hearing, simply:

  1. Visit a Customer Service Center or Call 1-800-UCI-PASS (824-7277) and update all account information, including license plate numbers, plate type*, state of registration and credit card expiration date.
  2. Provide your violation notice number(s) to the customer service representative and they will be able to debit your I-PASS account for the tolls at the cash rate and dismiss the $20.00 fines. If a Final Order of Liability has been issued to you and you fail to satisfy the unpaid tolls in the time frame allowed by law the unpaid tolls will be treated as violation and all applicable fines, fees and penalties will apply.

*If you have specialty plates, (e.g., environmental, pet-friendly...) this needs to be specified.
