Technical Website Questions
On August 1, 2008, the online account maintenance system was upgraded to use a username and password system. If you have already converted to the new system since this date and your login credentials are not recognized, you should utilize the “Retrieve your username” or “Retrieve your password” link provided on the login page. If you are unable to answer your secret question correctly, you can use the “New User?” link provided on the login page to recreate your username and password. The first time you try to log into your account after July 31, 2008, please enter your account number, transponder number or email address in the Username field and enter your OLD PIN in the password field. In the event you are unable to log in using your email/account number/transponder number and PIN combination, please use the "New User" link on the login page to recreate your login credentials. The most common reason people are unable to create their login credentials using the "New User" link is the inability to create a username and password because the driver’s license number or FEIN does not match the registered number on the I-PASS account. If you are receiving a message that states "The Driver's License or FEIN entered does not match our records", please call 1-800-UC-IPASS (800-824-7277) or visit one of our customer service centers to make the appropriate correction.
