We made some changes to our login system on August 1, 2008. We previously had our users log in using their account number, transponder number or email address and use a PIN for a password. We now require a username and password. If you have not yet created a username and password on our system, a process which would have also asked you to create a secret question and answer, please visit this link for more information on how to access your account.
The most common reason people are unable to create their login credentials using the "Sign Up" button or the "Reset your username" link is because the driver’s license number or FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) does not match the registered number on the I-PASS account. If you are receiving a message that states "The Driver's License or FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) entered does not match our records", please call 1-800-UC-IPASS (800-824-7277) or visit one of our customer service centers to make the appropriate correction.
