In order to ensure compliance with Section 10(a-5) of the Toll Highway Act, 605 ILCS 10/10 (a-5), the Tollway will only reassign violations:
- For commercial entities in the business of leasing and/or renting vehicles, which the commercial entity owns, to other parties.
- If the rental/leasing agreement(s) for your company contain a provision advising the customer that they will be responsible, for payment to the issuing agency, for tolls and fines.
