We LOVE our I-PASS. We travel from Minnesota to Ohio at least 3 times a year. It saves us money and most importantly it saves us time. Traveling with 3 children, the less stops we have to make the better. WE LOVE IT!!

Besides the convenience of the transponder, the I-PASS customer service team is stellar. I recently had an issue where I had not updated my account with our new vehicle, and had received a citation in the mail. I called in to customer service, and the representative walked me through the steps, and fixed everything for us - saving me from having to attend a hearing in Downers Grove! The representative was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

This makes highway driving such a breeze...I head into the city pretty much all summer long whether it's going to Cubs games, Taste of Chicago or any attraction downtown, the I-PASS saves me a lot of time and money...which is especially important in these tough economic times! I LOVE MY I-PASS!!

She helped solve the problem and took care of all the details. In an age where it is becoming very difficult to get good customer service I was surprised and very much pleased of my dealing with her and I-PASS.

I'm a working mother of two little girls so time is precious. These new Open Road Tolling lanes are going to cut my travel time by about 30 minutes each way, which means I'll have more time to make my kids' dinner, finish homework, take baths and read bed time stories.

My wife and I belong to the GWRRA a motorcycle club. I-PASS eliminates the need to remove gloves and fumble around looking for change while holding up traffic. I recommend I-PASS to all motorcycle riders to improve safety and convenience.

I do love my I-PASS, but I also think that the up to the minute account information on your website is also commendable. I recently received gift cards, however, which must be applied over the phone. I commute to Chicago numerous times a month to visit family and friends. I-PASS has made it very easy to use the Tollway, and not having to wait in line to pay tolls saves a lot of valuable time. Also, I feel that I-PASS provides my family with a safer driving environment by keeping my vehicle in a fairly steady flow of traffic, versus many vehicles unexpectedly changing lanes and the stop and go traffic at tollbooth areas.
