You may NOT pay online if:

You are an I-PASS customer with a valid account or had a valid I-PASS in the vehicle at the time of violation.
Visit a Customer Service Center or call 800-UC-IPASS (800-824-7277) to discuss your violation notice, which could be caused by an improperly mounted transponder or a license plate not listed on your account.

The following information is not available:
- Violation notice or case number
- License plate number
- License plate state/type
