Reset Username

The Illinois Tollway continually strives to enhance online account management features for our I-PASS customers. Because your security and confidentiality are important to us, we have improved our account login process. We have implemented a username and password system to access your account online.

If you have not logged into your account since August 1, 2008, please follow the steps below:


  1. Click on "Reset Your Username" at the bottom of the page.
  2. You will be required to enter:
  • Your Account number or Transponder number
  • The drivers license number or FEIN registered to the I-PASS account

  1. Set your username, password, secret question and answer
  • For more information on these fields, click on the question mark icon icons on the page
  1. Log in to your I-PASS account with the username and password you just created

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system users will continue to use their current PIN. The I-PASS web site and I-PASS IVR login credentials are now independent of each other.

To avoid violations or disruption of service the Illinois Tollway recommends you regularly review your I-PASS account activity and update account information as necessary including: Confirming credit card information, Updating/adding license plates, Adding funds to your account, and Updating your email address.
