Forgot Username


  1. Click on "Forgot Username" on the login screen.
  2. Enter your email address and check the reCAPTCHA box.
  3. Your username will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system users will continue to use their current PIN. The I-PASS web site and I-PASS IVR login credentials are now independent of each other.

To avoid violations or disruption of service the Illinois Tollway recommends you regularly review your I-PASS account activity and update account information as necessary including: Confirming credit card information, Updating/adding license plates, Adding funds to your account, and Updating your email address.
