Move Illinois Quarterly Meetings

The Illinois Tollway hosts Move Illinois Quarterly (MIQ) meetings to provide the heavy-highway construction industry the opportunity to hear directly from Tollway leadership about the capital program initiatives, expectations and issues. It is also an opportunity to hear about program progress, changes and upcoming projects.

Project managers, construction managers and firms actively working on Tollway projects, as well as prime contractors, subcontractors and professional engineering services firms interested in participating in the Tollway's capital program – including disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned business enterprise (D/M/WBE) firms, small and veteran-owned businesses – are encouraged to attend.

MEETING DATES

Stay tuned for the next Move Illinois Quarterly meeting.

Central Engineering Payment System (CEPS)

The Illinois Tollway is implementing the Central Engineering Payment System (CEPS) to replace the 23-year-old Centralsys and Fieldsys systems for construction payments. The CEPS will save time for both construction managers and Tollway staff by using data in real time without the need to transfer or synchronize databases. In addition, the new system will provide remote access and will include enhanced security measures including unique accounts and multi-factor authentication.
